Lending Officer Job is responsible for quality origination of residential mortgages. Lending Officer Job includes solicits loan applications through contact with Realtors, Builders, and internal Bank referral sources. Lending Officer Job also includes providing service to current and prospective customers seeking residential mortgage loans, interviews applicants to develop information concerning their needs; obtains and analyzes pertinent financial data for each loan applicant. Must stay informed of trends and developments in the local market as well as the changing rules and regulations.

Lending Officer Job covers call on existing or potential customers as assigned to develop or retain business. Travel is required. Lending Officer Job will be responsible for the Phoenix, AZ market. Job location can be either at the Lending Officer Job Branch or the Job Center in downtown Phoenix. Compensation: 100% commission only. Additional opportunities in Northern and Southern Arizona are also available with us. Minimum of 1-year 1st mortgage loan origination experience is all you have to have. You have to be familiar with FHA/VA, Conv., 1st lien and equity products. You need to be a sales oriented individual who can work independently with excellent communication skills as well as PC skills.
